Payment FAQ

When do I pay?

Payment is due before your session. Your booking is confirmed once payment clears.

What if I need to cancel?

Cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance for a full credit toward your next session. Late cancellations or no-shows are not refunded.

What currency do I pay in?

South African students pay in ZAR via PayFast. International students pay in USD, EUR, or GBP via PayPal or Wise — the system converts automatically.

Is my payment secure?

Yes — PayFast and PayPal are PCI-DSS compliant. Your card or bank details are never stored on this website.
